Appointments can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance. (Inquiries are usually answered within 72 hours).

Wear comfortable (gym/yoga) clothing to your appointment.

Your therapist may take before/after pictures to help you better understand what they see and how they plan to work on you during your session.

There are few conditions, which would prevent you fromenjoying massage. You should not book a massage if you have a fever, cold/flu, or contagious skin infection. There are many other conditions in which I may need to adapt my techniques (i.e. arthritis or osteoporosis) or avoid an area completely (i.e. cuts or burns). With some conditions it is a good idea to get approval from your physician before you receive massage (cancer, certain heart conditions, pregnancy).

Every person is unique and every condition is unique to each person. It may take one session or it may take several. I will be able to talk more specifically about this after first session.

If you must cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before they are scheduled will be charged half of the session fee.

Ask us about discounts for groups of 10 or more.
